Vitamin D is by far the single most
important missing nutrient missing or significantly difficient in Britain
and most northern hemisphere nations today; Vitamin D difficiency is
associated with a whole range of health problems commonly seen amoungst us
all.
This is particularly relevant if you
live in the northern hemisphere as I do in Scotland.

perhaps a host of other diseases.
