& CONDITIONS

Nature Systems hereinafter referred to as 'The
Clinic' offers a holistic and complementary approach to wellness through
the application of professional natural health and nutritional science
and practice.
2.
The therapy and consultations offered by The Clinic
does not replace the professional care that you receive from your Medical
Doctor. The Clinic recommends that you seek the advice of your Medical
Doctor for any medical problems that you have or may suspect you have or
that may have been highlighted as a result of information obtained from
The Clinic, its printed material or its web site. All such is for
informational purposes only and is not a substitute for your Medical
Doctors diagnosis or advice.
3.
The Clinic shall under no circumstances, be held
responsible for any damages occurring as a result of the use of
information contained in The Clinic's literature and web site.
4.
The Clinic shall not be held responsible for the
loss, non delivery or misdirection of material, test results,
information, mail or any physical or electronic document being carried by
a third party.
5.
The objective of The Clinic is to complement
conventional allopathic therapy by focusing on the natural ability of the
human body to heal and repair itself given the right conditions and nutritional
environment.
6.
The Clinic believes that everyone regardless of the
original state of health can benefit from improved nutrition. Scientific
studies and published research articles have established a connection
between nutrition and many disease conditions so common today.
7.
The products, services and tests used by The Clinic
are there to improve nutrition rather than to treat disease. Any products
and services mentioned by The Clinic's web site and literature should are
only be used after taking advice from a Professional Health Advisor.
8.
The Clinic does not prescribe or dispense any drugs
or medicines nor are its products and services a substitute for your
doctor's care and prescribed therapy for the treatment of disease.
9.
The Clinic, its website or any of its promotional
material makes no claim that the products are anything other than to
improve nutrition and, thereby optimise health.
10. Any testimonials,
product claims, nutritional therapy claims made by individuals and/or
clients of this clinic are based on his or her personal experience only.
The clinic, its website and its owners and managers disclaim all
liability for such claims that may be made.
11. By registering on
line or in writing, you hereby agree that you have read and understood
this document.
12. The Clinic has a
location based fee structure a copy of which is available on request.
13. Payment Terms: All fees and any
additional charges for supplements supplied are payable at the end of
each consultation in Cash. Cheques are accepted if supported by cheque
guarantee card. Cheques made payable to Nature Systems. Telephone
Consultations are on a prepaid basis only.
14. Appointment Cancellation: You must provide
a minimum of 48 hour notice to cancel a consultation appointment;
otherwise a cancellation charge of up to £30.00 will apply which must be
paid within 7 days. The Clinic also agrees to provide the client with a
minimum 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment; otherwise the clinic
shall compensate the client with a credit of up to £30.00 which will be
applied to the client's next consultation.
15. The Clinic
reserves the right to amend any aspect of its fees, charges, terms and
conditions of trade at any time. Details of any such changes are
available on request.
16. Privacy Statement. The Clinic
hereby confirms, commits and guarantees to ensure the privacy of all
information that you provide us with.
17. All information
you share with The Clinic, its consultants and staff is kept strictly
private and confidential.
18. The Clinic shall
remain the sole owner, possessor and collector of the information
supplied by you.
19. This information
is used only to provide the best possible health assistance to you.
20. Any information
supplied to The Clinic by you at consultations, via the telephone,
e-mail, and letter or collected from a response to our website shall form
part of this privacy statement.
21. The Clinic hereby
guarantees that it will not disclose, rent, sell or loan personal
information to any third party unless authorised by you in writing to an
officer of The Clinic, or if ordered to do so under law by an order of a
court of Law in Scotland.
