Dear New Distant or International Client:
Slightly different
procedures apply for all my distant and international clients.
Prior to your first
telephone consultation a hair sample will be required, below you will find
instructions for collecting the hair sample and the order form.
Your hair sample will need
to be sent to me together with your registration, nutrition profile forms
and payment
The food diary can be sent separately
once completed
Payment for your test and
consultation can be made via PayPal using your credit card or PayPal
account. You may also make payment by bank transfer. Cheques are acceptable
if drawn on a UK bank account.

First, as with my local
clients, please complete the following three forms:

Step 2, cut a hair sample
Follow my instructions
and cut the hair sample from the back of your head
Step 3, make the payment.
The simplest and quickest
way to make a safe payment to us is to via PayPal. Simply go to http://www.PayPal.com
and use your credit or debit card to make a payment to

You can pay by cheque from
a United Kingdom Bank payable to Nature Systems and sent with your pack to
the Postal Address below.

Step 4, Dispatch your forms and hair sample
This is best done by
guaranteed signed for first class post or signed for international express
air mail or by a 24/48 hour courier with guaranteed delivery such as DHL,
UPS etc.

On receipt of your payment
and hair sample, we will contact you and arrange for your first telephone
appointment with Amin Abdulla. Please allow about 60 minutes for your first
telephone appointment. Follow up
appointments will be for about 30 minutes and are charged for separately. Please
ensure that you are not disturbed or interrupted during your consultation.
The lab results of your Hair
tissue Mineral Analysis will take about 4 weeks to turn around. Once
received, we will contact you to confirm the telephone appointment with
Amin Abdulla. A hard copy of the complete Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
report comprising of some 15 – 20 pages of analysis, interpretation, diet
and lifestyle recommendations and plus any additional relevant material
will be dispatched by post. We will in any case send a summary chart by
email prior to your telephone consultation.
Any further follow up
consultation will be scheduled for about 30 minutes. Amin Abdulla will be available for short
email enquiries and telephone calls without charge.
