Balancing Protocol Our objective is
not to mask, cover or just treat the symptoms as so common with conventional
medical treatment; even some natural therapies just replace medical drugs
with herbs and vitamins; rather, we focus and support your body's inbuilt
ability to heal and repair when given the right conditions and nutritional
environment, we call this methodology Nutritional Balancing Therapy. “Nutritional balancing is a method for reducing
the stress response on the human body via natural means. These include
a change in the diet and lifestyle, the use of several nutritional
supplements, the proper drinking water in the right amount, and several
additional procedures for detoxification and healing. Nutritional balancing was developed by Dr. Paul C.
Eck, DN, during the 1970s and early 1980s. He drew upon the work of
many doctors and scientists of the twentieth century and beyond to synthesize
a system of healing that incorporates the best of Western medical sciences
combined with much ancient wisdom, naturopathic and homeopathic and
chiropractic healing principles, and other scientific principles such as
general systems theory and cybernetics.” - Dr L Wilson. Dr
Larry Wilson continues the work of Dr Paul Eck. The hair tissue mineral
biopsy analysis as recommended by Dr L Wilson is essential and a required
test with this protocol. We
use both the laboratory and supplements recommended by him. Listed
below are some of the modalities incorporated in our approach: 1.
Modifications to your diet and selecting foods, liquids and
diet that are suitable for your personal metabolic type, biochemistry and
levels of stress 2.
Identification of food intolerances and allergies may also be
undertaken 3.
Changes to some aspects of your lifestyle may be necessary 4.
A review of your physical activity and exercise will be
undertaken 5.
Many also need help with detoxification of their gastro intestinal
tract and body systems 6.
Near Infra Red Sauna Therapy is highly recommended to help
with detoxification, we will show you how this can be done in your own home 7.
Most of us are highly stressed and need to learn new ways to
reduce and deal with stress 8.
We will show you how to meditate, learn to relax and get
adequate rest 9.
We will show you how to breath correctly in order to improve
health 10.
We will discuss the use of targeted nutritional supplements
tailored to your specific biochemistry.

to your first face to face consultation you will be required to complete our Registration, Nutritional
Profile and Food Diary forms.
These can be downloaded from this site, sent to you by post if
required or collected at our clinic. You will need to arrive 20 minutes prior
to your appointment if the forms have not been completed prior to your
appointment. o If
you live some distance away or live overseas and unable to travel to our
clinics we are happy to offer you our Distant/International Service - simply follow the instructions given. o Your
first assessment and nutritional consultation usually lasts about 60 minutes
and sometimes 90 minutes depending on your particular situation. This is
usually a double or triple appointment. During this consultation your health
challenges and concerns will be fully discussed in conjunction with the
information provided by you. A Hair Tissue
Mineral Analysis is always required for the Nutritional Balancing Therapy
program o Follow-up
consultations last about 30 minutes o Longer
consultations or family or couple consultations are available o Please
note that a Hair
Tissue Mineral Analysis test is always required for all new clients o A
retest once every six months or so to monitor progress is recommended o Other
tests may be required; if so this will be discussed with you. o Charges

about areas of imbalance in your body. As and when tests become necessary,
the matter will be discussed with you.
Results from these tests would be made available to you directly from the
Testing Laboratory, sometimes via your Doctor, or at your next appointment. Follow-up
