At Nature Systems we take a natural nutritional & holistic whole body approach to your wellness. Problems in one part of the body will often have an impact elsewhere, so the health of the entire body is taken into consideration during your evaluation and assessment.

Treatment protocol
Our objective is not to mask or cover up your symptoms as so often done with conventional drug therapy. Rather, we focus and support your body's inbuilt ability to heal and repair when given the right conditions and nutritional environment.

Treatments may require modifications to your dietary and lifestyle habits, and depending on your health challenge, may also require the careful use of nutritional supplements, enzymes, plant compounds, natural extracts, foods, and exercise.

o In simple terms we will help you to identify the root cause of your health concerns and help you to, reduce, modify or eliminate the factors that are compromising your health.

o We will help you to increase the intake of improved dietary nutrition, identify lifestyle factors that need modification and recommend the addition of targeted nutrients and other steps that may help speed up your healing and improve function of your cells and body systems.

Most importantly, because you are in control of what you eat, drink, think and do; following this natural and whole body approach to healing puts you back in control of your own health.

o One to One personal consultation with Mr A Abdulla are available in London & Scotland

Consultation

o Your first assessment consultation usually lasts 30/40 minutes. During your assessment consultation your health challenges and concerns will be fully discussed in conjunction with the information provided by you.

o Follow-up consultations last about 30/40 minutes

o Longer consultations or family or couple consultations are available

o A Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis test is usually required for all new clients

o Other tests may be required; if so this will be discussed with you.

o Charges for tests are in addition to the consultation fee as shown above.

Details and charges of Clinical tests are available on request. Clinical tests help provide information about areas of imbalance in your body. As and when tests become necessary, the matter will be discussed with you. Results from these tests would be made available to you directly from the Testing Laboratory, sometimes via your Doctor, or at your next appointment.

Follow-up consultation
The timing of your next follow up appointment depends much on your condition, concerns and the health programme and health strategy being followed. If one is recommended, it may follow about 4 weeks after your initial appointment.
